About the Event

Come join us on May 12, 2026, at 8:00 pm EST via Zoom.

From Lived Experience to Solutions: Harnessing the Patient-Family-Nurse Triad to Elevate Food Allergy Care is a virtual session that brings the real-world experiences of patients and families to the forefront of clinical practice. This session highlights the safety challenges and emotional burdens of living with food allergies while equipping nurses with advocacy-driven, practical strategies across settings such as school, travel, and policy. Clinicians will learn how to integrate lived experiences into patient education, strengthen clinical decision-making, and build more effective partnerships within the patient-family-nurse triad.

This activity will be submitted for 1.0 contact hour(s) of continuing education by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners®.
