Our Son. Our Love. Our Forever.

Today, as we enter this week of remembrance and reflection, we are taking some time away until next week to honor the life of our beloved son, Elijah-Alavi Silvera, who passed away on November 3rd 2017 at just three years old.
Nine years have passed, yet the love we carry for Elijah and the emptiness left by his absence remain as profound as ever. He deserved a lifetime of memories, laughter, love, and opportunities to experience the world. While the years continue to move forward, a part of our hearts will forever remain with the little boy we love and miss every single day.

From us and everyone at the Elijah-Alavi Foundation, we extend our deepest gratitude to our family, friends, advocates, and everyone who has stood beside us throughout these years. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, unwavering support, and for continuing to honor Elijah's life and legacy. As we take this time to reflect, we ask that you remember not only the work being done in his name, but the beautiful little boy whose life inspired it all.Remember his name. Elijah-Alavi Silvera. He was three years old. His life mattered. He should still be here.
Forever three, forever loved, and never forgotten.
With love and heartfelt gratitude,
