Together, We Carried This Work Through the Year.Happy Holidays to our partners, advocates, families, individuals, organizations, and everyone who stands with the Elijah-Alavi Foundation.

This work exists because of you.

Every law passed.

Every awareness effort.

Every training delivered.

Every meeting held.

Every child protected.

Every family supported.

Every life saved.

None of it happens without your voices, your trust, and your commitment to protecting communities impacted by food allergies and asthma. As we move through the holidays, please remember to put safety first.

For food allergies:

Always carry your epinephrine device.

Have an emergency action plan in place.

Epinephrine first, then call 911.

Read labels every time.

When in doubt, do not eat it.

Carry your safe foods whenever possible.

For asthma:

Carry your rescue inhaler at all times.

Follow your asthma action plan.

Avoid known triggers when possible.

Seek medical help if symptoms do not improve.

We do this work for you and alongside you because we believe in shared stewardship, a responsibility stronger than partnership, rooted in community, accountability, and care.

As we close out the year, we wish you an allergy and asthma safe holiday and New Year. Thank you for standing with us and being part of this movement.

We look forward to continuing this work together in 2026. It’s a wrap!

From December 22 through January 5, 2025, our office will be out, but we will continue working behind the scenes. If you need to reach us, please email info@elijahalavifoundation.org
