Today, we are asking for your support to help us raise $100,000 so we can continue and expand the critical work we do in food allergy and asthma education, advocacy, and outreach.

Here’s how your support directly fuels our mission

Ambassador Outreach for Kids

We’re growing our Ambassador Outreach Program to help kids like you become champions for food allergy awareness! With fun and easy-to-understand educational resources, you’ll learn how to stay safe, speak up, and help others do the same.

Our ambassadors will be part of exciting outreach in different states, sharing important messages with schools, families, and child care centers. Together, we’re making sure every kid, everywhere, has the tools they need to stay safe and included.

Project-Based Learning (DLM). Our Differently Like Me initiative delivers hands-on, culturally inclusive learning for students and educators to better understand food allergies.

Community Outreach. We work to ensure no family in an underserved community faces these challenges alone, providing culturally competent education and support where it’s needed most.

Food Allergy Training. We train schools, child care centers, and community groups on recognizing and responding to food allergy emergencies. This isn’t just helpful, it’s lifesaving.

Fund research on food allergy and asthma through the patient lens:

Your support helps us gather real-life experiences from individuals and families, especially in underserved communities, to identify gaps in care, improve cultural understanding, and shape more inclusive health policies and education.

Asthma Nebulizer Initiative. Asthma is often overlooked until it becomes a crisis. Our Asthma Nebulizer Initiative provides emergency portable nebulizer  to children with asthma especially in underserved communities where resources are limited. This initiative ensures children have immediate access to life-saving asthma treatment during respiratory emergencies, bridging a critical gap in care. With your help, we can expand this program to protect even more children at risk.

Policy and Advocacy: The Heart of Our MissionThis is where we create lasting change. Our advocacy has led to the passage of Elijah’s Law, a groundbreaking policy named in honor of our beloved son Elijah that mandates emergency preparedness and staff training in child care settings. It started in New York, but we didn’t stop there. Today, Elijah’s Law has been passed in New York, Illinois, Virginia, Maryland, Kansas City Ordinance and Arkansas. We are actively working to bring it to more states. But policy change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes tireless advocacy, countless hours in state capitals, and deeply emotional testimony. Your donations help us stay in this fight, traveling to legislative hearings, building coalitions, and ensuring no child’s life is put at risk because of preventable mistakes.

Supporting Sustainability: Administrative Costs. In addition to our direct program initiatives, a portion of your donation supports the essential administrative functions that keep our foundation operating effectively and responsibly. These costs include staffing, technology, outreach materials, and compliance ensuring that every initiative is executed with care, precision, and maximum impact. Your contribution helps us grow strategically and sustain the vital infrastructure that allows our mission to thrive long-term.
